Culture & Change

What changes when the people systems work.
Every engagement is measured against outcomes leadership can see on the ground — not a document that sits in a drawer.
- Clear structure, roles and accountability across the organisation
- Managers who can lead, coach and hold performance conversations
- Lower avoidable turnover and faster time-to-productivity for new hires
- HR policies and records that stand up to scrutiny
- Engagement and culture you can measure, not just sense
- A leadership pipeline ready for the organisation's next season

Before we talk, the common questions.
Who do you typically work with?
Churches and faith-based organisations, SMEs, and corporate teams across the UK and East Africa — from founder-led teams building their first HR function to established organisations restructuring for growth.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most engagements begin with a discovery conversation and an audit of your current people practices, followed by a scoped roadmap. Delivery can be a short diagnostic sprint, a project (for example a performance framework), or an ongoing retained advisory arrangement.
How long does it take?
A focused diagnostic usually takes two to three weeks. Project work such as org design, policy build or a performance system typically runs six to twelve weeks. Retained advisory is agreed on a rolling monthly basis.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. Discovery, coaching and review sessions work well remotely, and on-site days are scheduled for workshops, leadership sessions and culture work where being in the room matters.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is scoped per engagement — fixed fee for defined projects, day rates for workshops and training, and a monthly fee for retained advisory. You receive a clear proposal with scope and timeline before any work starts.
Can you deliver leadership training alongside HR work?
Yes. As a John Maxwell Certified Trainer and Coach, Reuben regularly pairs HR systems work with leadership development so new structures are matched by leaders equipped to run them.
